All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by Bangnida and are governed by the specific terms in the purchase agreement.

Prices may vary based on material costs, quantity, and technical requirements. Payment terms are specified in individual invoices.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Bangnida and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customer designs, specifications, and technical drawings submitted for manufacturing remain the property of the customer. We treat all customer data as confidential.

Bangnida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order or service provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

We warrant that all parts will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from material defects. Inspection reports are provided with every order.

Claims must be made within 15 days of receiving the parts. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund defective parts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts of Fujian Province, China.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
